Ranquil-Co Project
This project is located in the Los Petisos sulfur district, 40km south of the Huemul Project. The project adjoins the Los Petisos sulfur deposit. The area has excellent access due to exploration and production of oil and gas. The total owned and leased area is 14,105 hectares.

Regional Geology Map

The project comprises the same geological and mineralization scenario present at the Huemul Project (see Regional Geology Map). Previous work by CNEA detected strong radiation anomalies in altered and fractured sandstones of the Diamante Formation which outcrops as an asymmetric anticline. The company discovered a 40 metre thick copper-uranium mineralized conglomerate bed about 50 metres deep in the footwall of the structurally-controlled Ranquil-Co uranium mineralization for about seven kilometers along strike. The ground radiometric survey confirmed that the anomalies are either along the conglomerate bed or at the structurally-controlled Ranquil-Co area.
