| J. Stephen Barley -- President and Director
Mr. Barley received his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Mount Allison University in New Brunswick in 1979 and his law degree from Dalhousie University in Nova Scotia in 1982. Since 1997, Mr. Barley left private practice to pursue investment opportunities in private and public companies and continues to provide business advice and finance strategies. Mr. Barley's clients included a number of publicly traded companies involved in the business of mineral exploration. Mr. Barley has been involved as a corporate finance consultant and as a director and investor in several private and public business ventures since 1997. Mr. Barley is a member in good standing of the Law Society of British Columbia and the Law Society of Alberta.

| Kathleen Butt -- Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Butt is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia. Over the past 10 years, Ms. Butt has worked in the oil and gas industry with Duke Energy's Gas Transmission Division. She held management positions in various financial capacities including Manager of Financial Reporting and Manager of Forecasting and Budgeting. Ms. Butt was also a tax manager with Ernst & Young LLP (Vancouver), where she articled and obtained her Chartered Accountant designation.

| Guillermo Pensado -- Vice President Exploration, and President of Energia Mineral (Inc.)
Mr. Pensado is an Argentine geologist with 15 years exploration experience. He holds a BsC in Geology from La Plata University and an MsC in Mining Exploration from Queens University, where he was the winner of the David Money Metal Award. In addition to being Vice President Exploration for Calypso Uranium, Mr. Pensado is also the President of Energía Mineral (Inc.), Calypso's subsidiary with its branch in Argentina.

| Omar Beretta -- Director
Mr. Beretta is an Argentine attorney with over 15 years experience in mining law and the Argentine mining regime, and currently Vice-President of Energía Mineral (Inc.) S.A. Mr. Beretta is a partner of the Buenos Aires law firm Beretta Godoy. Mr. Beretta and his firm will be engaged on an 'as needed' basis to assist in regulatory matters in Argentina.

| Kurt Bordian -- Director
Mr. Bordian is a designated Certified General Accountant in Canada, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) Degree from the University of Manitoba. He was CFO for Calypso from February 2006 to March 2007 when Kathleen Butt was appointed. He has worked primarily in the mineral and exploration and oil and gas industries over the past 10 years. Mr. Bordian provides accounting and administrative services to private and public companies.

| Robert Pendreigh -- Director
Mr. Pendreigh is an internationally respected Process Engineer and was most recently Vice President and General Manager of Mining for AMEC. He participated in the design and commissioning of three uranium mills for Anglo American in South Africa, and worked on design for the uranium mills at Rossing in Namibia; Ranger, Jabiluka, Olympic Dam, Yeelirrie and Lake Way in Australia; and McClean Lake and Petrotomics in North America. The inclusion of Mr. Pendreigh in the team is consistent with the company's direction toward uranium production centres.

| Jon P. Thorson -- Director
Mr. Thorson holds a PhD in geology from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and is a Certified Professional Geologist as recognized by the American Institute of Professional Geologists. Mr. Thorson had 15 years experience in minerals exploration and 5 years in petroleum exploration before starting his practice as a consulting geologist in 1990. He provides exploration advice, interpretation and training for major and junior exploration companies in the minerals and petroleum industries. His particular specialties are exploration and evaluation of sediment-hosted copper deposits, Carlin-type gold deposits, and sandstone-hosted uranium deposits.
